Please pray for the repose of the soul of Thomas McGee, Treanmore whose funeral will take place on Mon, June 23 at 12noon in Mohill and Madge Shelskey nee Reynolds Leitrim Upper who died in USA.  May she rest in peace.

Will take place on Sat June 21, after the 7.30pm Mass. We will process with the Blessed Sacrament down Main street, turn left onto Glebe St, around by Water St and back up Main street

Eucharistic Adoration

Takes place each Thurs after 10am Mass until 6pm. Benediction first Thurs of the month at 6pm

Rally for Life

on July 5th, Parnell Street Dublin. This is the biggest pro-life event each year, where thousands Stand for Life and protection of mother and baby. Leitrim pro-life are organising a bus to this event with collection points throughout the county. Please call Angela 0832013537

The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ

The Eucharist is essentially and of its very nature a community action in which every person present is expected to be an active participant We are here, on the one hand, recalling what makes us Christians in the first place – our identification with the life, suffering, death and resurrection of Jesus And that identification with Jesus is expressed not through a one-to-one relationship with him but in a community relationship with him present in all those who call themselves Christian We relate to him through his Risen Body, which is the whole community bearing his name There is no place in Christianity for individualism It is a horizontal faith: we go to God with and through those around us.

Are you an adult considering education and unsure of your options? The Leitrim Adult Educational Guidance Service will be in Mohill Library on Wednesday June 18th from 10am to 1pm to answer any question you might have. No appointment necessary, just come along on the day.

 

Mohill Community Garden 

Mohill Community Garden (Behind St Patrick’s Church) will be selling their freshly picked garden produce every Tuesday morning from 11am to 1pm.  All proceeds are to maintain the garden.

 is starting very soon here at the Mohill Enterprise Centre. Learn the fundamentals of using a computer and it’s applications including Cybersecurity.
