will hold its first meeting of the year on Wednesday 6th May at 8.00pm in Mohill Library. If you have an interest in photography and would like to learn more, come along and join the club. New members are always welcome.
Eslin Drama Group
will stage their production of “Many Young Men of Twenty” on Monday 4th , Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th May starting at 8pm sharp. Directed by Olivia Mc Hugh. Admission 10 euros. No pre-booked tickets so arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Leitrim Cycling Festival

Mohill & District Historical Society
will host a free Lace Knitting Workshop in Mohill Library on Saturday 9th May and Sunday 10th May, celebrating the lace legacy of Letitia Veevers. The workshop is designed for those with previous knitting experience and is not suitable for complete beginners. Participants must be able to knit, purl, cast on and cast off. Over the weekend, participants will learn to create a simple lace scarf, a circular mat/doilie, and there will also be a workshop on lace jewellery making using traditional Clones Irish Crochet Lace.
Saturday 9th May – 10am to 1pm & 2pm to 4pm
Sunday 10th May – 10am to 1pm & 2pm to 3pm
